Treating Foot & Ankle Pain

Plantar Fasciitis

One of the most common types of foot pain is plantar fasciitis, caused by adhesions formed between the fascia & adjacent tendons. It typically presents as sharp pain on the bottom of the foot close to the heel. Pain is often most severe in the morning when you first step out of bed, when standing for a long time, or standing after having been seated.

Many clients have struggled to find relief from plantar fasciitis that lasts, often because the underlying adhesions have not been treated.

Achilles Tendonitis

Achilles tendonitis is caused by degeneration resulting from overuse of the Achilles tendon. If left untreated, the tendon will continue to become more swollen & painful & may result in tearing or a complete rupture.

Adhesion will continue to increase the load & stress on the tendon without proper treatment.

Adhesion Release Therapy

With adhesion release, pressure and tension is strategically applied while certain parts of the body are manipulated in order to break up adhesions, allowing the body to heal & rebuild mobility.

Adhesion Release Therapy is all-natural, non-invasive, & can act as a risk-free alternative to painful, expensive surgeries.
