  • Mobilizing the hip flexors, adductors, and low back

  • Ensuring clean movement before load

Only then do we introduce:

  • Modified dead bug variations

  • Bird Dogs and other hip stability exercises

  • Controlled tempo work for endurance and coordination

Each of these exercises is selected based on your current range, control, and pain status. We progress deliberately—not aggressively.
